Data we collect
AlfaTransLogistic processes account data, login security data, sender and receiver addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, parcel details, shipment status events, support messages, audit records, and label or QR data.
Public tracking data is minimized and is designed to show route and status information without exposing full street-level personal details.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to create and manage shipments, arrange delivery, provide tracking, generate labels, handle support, secure accounts, prevent misuse, comply with legal duties, and maintain operational records.
Depending on the context, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest in secure logistics operations, or consent where the interface explicitly asks for it.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be available to authorized AlfaTransLogistic staff, assigned couriers, technical hosting providers, email delivery providers, database providers, and support or logistics partners when needed for the service.
Access is limited by role and purpose. Admin, customer, and courier permissions are separated in the application.
Retention and security
Shipment, support, audit, and account records are kept only as long as needed for service operation, customer support, legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, and security monitoring.
Passwords are hashed before storage. Session cookies are HTTP-only, and the system applies role-based access checks, rate limits, audit logs, and privacy-safe public tracking outputs.
Your rights
Customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection review, or withdrawal of consent where consent was used.
Requests may require identity or account verification before personal data is disclosed, changed, restricted, or deleted.
