The application separates customer, courier, and admin roles; masks personal details in public tracking; and avoids storing plain-text passwords.
Only data needed for account access, shipment delivery, support, security, and legal record keeping should be processed.

Users may contact AlfaTransLogistic first so the request can be reviewed and resolved. They may also contact the competent data protection authority in their country.
